This is an example of a CG element composited into a moving shot. You need to learn how to use Blender for that

1. Use the 3D Camera tracker to track your scene and create a 3D camera that matches the movement of the real life camera used to film the shot.

2. Generate the particle objects in Blender. You may want to take an environment map to use as the lighting source for the particles so the particles match and 'fit' into the scene.

3. Render the particles separately on transparent background.

4. Composite the rendered particles into the original shot.

Hope that helps!
