Hello everyone, I've searched the web but did not find any way to export a 3D object from Blender to After Effects in version 2.80. I've tried to export in .the .jsx blender format addon but did not find the addon in Blender. Can someone explain to me how to export to After Effects.

Thank You!

Hi Lucca,

After Effects does unfortunately not support 3D objects natively. If you want to work with 3D in After Effects you will either need to render it out into images/video from your 3D program (e.g. Blender) OR export it as an .obj and then use plugins such as Video Copilot Element 3D to render the .obj object directly inside After Effects.

Does that make sense?
